Evolucare at SANTEXPO 2026: making digital healthcare easier to navigate

How do you showcase five areas of expertise, host dozens of live demonstrations and create a seamless visitor experience within a single exhibition stand?

That was the challenge Evolucare entrusted to FG Design for SANTEXPO 2026.

As a leading French provider of healthcare IT solutions, Evolucare required a stand capable of presenting the full breadth of its offering while remaining adaptable and reusable across multiple editions of the event.

From 3D… to final realisation

The creative concept?

Drawing on Evolucare’s “e” to create a distinctive architectural signature. Inspired by the curves of the logo, a large suspended structure crowns the stand, creating a visual landmark that is visible from afar throughout the aisles of SANTEXPO. Incorporating digital display screens, it enhances brand visibility while connecting the five areas of expertise: Electronic Patient Records, Critical Care, Social Care, Medical Imaging and Ophthalmology.

The stand was conceived as a visitor journey, allowing attendees to explore Evolucare’s different areas of expertise naturally through demonstration spaces, networking areas, meeting rooms and a content production studio, enabling the company to create and share content throughout the event.

From a design perspective, wood, white and blue tones combine to create an environment that is both technological, welcoming and reassuring, fully aligned with the brand’s identity.

Designed for reuse over a three-year period, the stand reflects a commitment to sustainability and circular design, at the heart of FG Design’s approach to more responsible exhibition experiences.

Results that delivered

Around 300 visitors per day welcomed to the stand, with highly qualified traffic.
Five areas of expertise structured to facilitate demonstrations and encourage meaningful interactions.
Dedicated meeting spaces designed to eliminate waiting times and maximise every business opportunity.
The quality of discussions was unanimously praised by Evolucare’s teams.
A concept already being considered for adaptation and reuse at the 2027 edition.

Furniture is becoming one of the new markers of visitor experience

At a trade show, everything often begins with a first impression. A material that catches the eye, a seat that invites visitors to pause, softer lighting amid the surrounding bustle, a space where conversation feels natural.

Brands have clearly understood this: stand design is no longer driven solely by visibility or signage. It is also shaped by the quality of the welcome, the comfort of interactions and the ability to create an environment consistent with the brand universe.

Within this evolution, furniture now plays a central role. When carefully selected, it sets the tone, structures how spaces are used, creates atmosphere and turns a visit to a stand into a more memorable experience.

Warmer atmospheres

Cold, impersonal environments are giving way to more refined and welcoming atmospheres inspired by premium retail, hospitality and interior design.

Textured wood, boucle fabrics, acoustic wool, matte finishes, sand tones, terracotta, sage green, chocolate and dark walnut all contribute to an immediate feeling of comfort and quality. They encourage visitors not only to step inside, but to stay and engage for longer.

Verticon 2026: a signature stand for Milestone in Atlanta

A strategic event at the heart of the aerospace industry

Verticon 2026 once again brought together the key players in vertical aviation for its Atlanta edition.

In this demanding environment, Milestone unveiled a 235 sqm stand aligned with its positioning.

A global leader in helicopter leasing and management, and a subsidiary of the groupe AerCap, the company supports operators worldwide. The challenge was therefore significant: to design a space capable of expressing this expertise while enabling high-value interactions.

The scheme formed part of a long-term strategy, with a renewable three-year contract, reflecting a commitment to establishing a lasting presence at the show.

A signature balancing rigour and impact

FG Design conceived a structured, legible space inspired by aerospace codes.

Fluid lines, controlled architecture, premium materials: every element contributed to expressing Milestone’s expertise. The stand naturally stood out within the hall, with an immediately recognisable identity.

More than an exhibition space, it became a true brand showcase, designed to support business objectives.

235 sqm dedicated to commercial engagement

Each area was designed to correspond to a key moment in the visitor journey: attract, welcome, engage, convince.

The project relied on seamless collaboration between complementary areas of expertise: FG Design for concept and overall project management, XS Worldwide for construction.

Committing to biodiversity: FG Design Supports Naturevolution

A long-standing commitment in support of biodiversity

Some causes go beyond the scope of our profession.

Biodiversity is declining. Around the world, fragile ecosystems are disappearing or deteriorating, often far from public view.

In response to these challenges, certain organisations choose to explore, document and act directly in the field.

For several years, FG Design has supported Naturevolution, an independent NGO committed to exploring and preserving threatened ecosystems across the globe.

The story began fifteen years ago at an adventure trade fair, when François Guarino, Founder and President of FG Design, met Evrard Wendenbaum, explorer, scientist and co-founder of Naturevolution, alongside Emeric Mourot.

From this meeting grew a lasting relationship, founded on a shared conviction: to act concretely for nature, with rigour and humility.

Exploring to understand, understanding to protect

Founded in 2009, Naturevolution works to safeguard biodiversity, deepen our understanding of the natural world and encourage more environmentally responsible behaviours.

Science & Exploration: scientific expeditions conducted in remote natural environments to inventory species, document ecosystems and produce data essential to their protection.
Sharing & Awareness: communicating discoveries through films, photography, exhibitions and educational initiatives to raise awareness.
Conservation & Development: on-the-ground collaboration with local communities to sustainably protect threatened territories and promote responsible alternatives such as ecotourism and reforestation.

Among its emblematic areas of action are the Makay massif in Madagascar — a largely unexplored biodiversity sanctuary — as well as the karst landscapes and forests of Sulawesi in Indonesia. The organisation also carries out awareness initiatives in France.

Less neutrality, more character

In 2026, design trends are taking a more decisive direction. Colours gain depth, materials express themselves fully, and spaces become more personal, more legible, more human. Moving away from rigid codes and uniform aesthetics, a new design language is emerging: spaces conceived for wellbeing, use and emotion, where every aesthetic choice has meaning.

Colours 2026: from serene expression to deeper emotion

Cloud Dancer: a quiet revolution in the Colour of the Year

For 2026, Pantone has made a historic choice by naming Cloud Dancer (PANTONE 11-4201) as Colour of the Year. For the first time, a subtle, airy white takes centre stage. Far from being clinical, this warm and inviting shade feels almost meditative, symbolising clarity, calm and peace — a neutral canvas for a fresh start.

Beyond neutrals: rich and contrasting palettes

While Cloud Dancer embodies visual breathing space, colour trends for 2026 extend well beyond neutrality.

A demanding exhibition, a committed response

The Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales brings together thousands of elected officials and decision-makers over three days, all seeking concrete solutions to transform their territories.For brands, exhibiting at this show is far more than occupying a space: it requires clarity, distinction and operational precision within a dense environment with demanding logistics.

In 2025, FG Design supported Vinci Construction, Fonroche Lighting, Idex and Keon with a clear promise: to allow four distinct brand worlds to stand out while ensuring flawless execution.

Smart re-use: evolving existing structures without losing brand identity

This edition of the SMCL relied largely on reused structures, optimised and adapted from one exhibition to the next.
A choice that is environmentally responsible, budget-conscious and highly effective from an operational standpoint.

FG Design’s expertise lies in its ability to:

adapt a single structure to different floor areas,
rethink layouts according to visitor flows,
reintroduce each brand’s unique identity.

Fonroche Lighting is a perfect example: unveiling the HELIA solar streetlight for the first time required a complete adjustment of the scenography, all while retaining the existing reused structure — a concrete demonstration of inventive ergonomics and precision.

Bespoke design, when immersion becomes essential

Some brands opt for a completely tailor-made creation dedicated to a single edition of the show.

Such was the case for Vinci Construction, which benefited from a fully bespoke stand:
100 m² organised around a central reception area, dedicated zones for its Revilo, Refresh, Power Road and Vélo solutions, and a warm identity combining light wood and abundant greenery.

Scale models, demonstration supports and immersive content ensured visitors could immediately understand each offer — a stand designed to deliver a strong and legible brand expression.

Four stands, one finely tuned operation

Coordinating four simultaneous projects within a single exhibition requires impeccable organisation.
Behind each completed space lies a discreet yet essential mechanism:

precise management of installation and delivery schedules,
coordination of technical teams,
adaptation to the constraints of each allocated location,
last-minute adjustments (fire hydrants, angles, circulation routes, etc.).

How VATECH & WECLEVER brought a unified scenography to life with FG Design

At the ADF Congress, VATECH and WECLEVER – two brands within the same group, both driven by dental innovation – sought to assert their individuality while showcasing the strength of their complementarity. One pushes the boundaries of dental imaging; the other streamlines practice organisation and management.

Two stands, one scenographic language

To embody this dynamic, FG Design imagined two stands of 100 m² and 70 m², conceived as a dialogue between the brands. Each expressed its own identity while belonging to a shared universe, where light, volumes and finishes shaped a cohesive visual signature. Nothing was left to chance: visitor flows, demo ergonomics, screen visibility, the fluidity of meeting areas…

Design revolved around work that was as creative as it was meticulous. Wood-effect melamine forms served as visual markers, LED ribbons structured the key lines, and the demo stations were crafted to present radiography systems, scanners and software solutions with seamless continuity. More than 2,500 visitors discovered the group’s innovations in a welcoming, immersive space.

After several disappointing experiences, VATECH & WECLEVER were looking to regain confidence in their event communication.
“We needed a partner capable of rethinking the way we exhibit and turning it into something more efficient and satisfying for our teams and our customers,” explains Charlotte Garzino, Head of Marketing and Communications.

And sometimes high standards call for improvisation: “I even ended up running a mini painting workshop myself when I discovered a shelf delivered in raw wood instead of white!” she laughs. A telling anecdote that reflects the FG Design DNA: caring about every detail, from start to finish.

A stand built to last, and a collaboration that continues

Feedback was unanimous: delighted teams, impressed partners, clients often going as far as a spontaneous “wow”. The group has clearly taken a step forward in visibility, clarity and brand image.

And the story continues: designed to accompany VATECH & WECLEVER across several editions, the stand will be reused in 2026 and beyond, with adjustments depending on each event. Stored and maintained by FG Design and its partners, it will continue to evolve while reducing its overall environmental impact.

Each universe speaks its own language while connecting through shared materials and tones: deep black, sage green, natural wood, brown carpet and white accents.
An elegant, contemporary palette true to Fujifilm’s identity.

GFX and X Series: a refined, functional demonstration and equipment-loan area, enhanced by a suspended LED cube displaying professional imagery.

Instax: pop, colourful and creative. Identifiable by its multicoloured “cube” totems and suspended digital cube, and animated by a DIY zone and photo booth, this space perfectly embodies the playful and spontaneous spirit of the brand.

My Fujifilm: a warm link between the two worlds, showcasing the art of printing and photo personalisation. The space evokes a creative interior where albums, decorative objects and high-quality prints celebrate photography in all its richness.

The forum area: a convivial meeting space designed for presentations and workshops.

UNIVET : Italian elegance in a modular form

Created in 2024, the Univet stand adapts from 20 to 135 sqm depending on the event.

In Düsseldorf, the 110 sqm layout brings together a welcome area, product displays and a hospitality zone in a clean, sophisticated atmosphere that reflects the identity of the Italian brand.

Thanks to its reusable aluminium framework and visuals designed for multiple installations, the stand follows Univet over several years, with no compromise on quality or brand expression. The design adapts to Univet’s different product ranges — Safety, Loupes or Laser — through subtle adjustments in the finishes of the display elements.

SHOWA : an immersive and engaging playground

In 1962, a group of independent distributors joined forces to obtain better purchasing conditions and offer automotive spare parts at the best prices to their repairer clients, giving rise to AUTODISTRIBUTION.
This alliance of entrepreneurs was built on a culture of excellence and shared values that today form the foundation of the Group.

AUTODISTRIBUTION is part of the PHE holding company, the leading independent distributor of spare parts for light and heavy vehicles in Western Europe. PHE operates in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy and Spain. Its 9,500 employees are committed to promoting affordable and sustainable mobility.

A long-standing exhibitor at EQUIP’AUTO, Autodistribution once again stood out at the 2025 edition of the show, in close collaboration with its long-time partner, FG Design.

A showcase worthy of a market leader

For this special anniversary edition, the Autodistribution stand took the form of a true brand village, covering 840 m² of floor space and a 196 m² mezzanine.

The layout embodied the group’s dual identity: distributor of parts and equipment on the one hand, and trusted partner for repair professionals on the other.

FG Design created a fluid, structured layout built around two complementary worlds:

The distribution area, featuring zones dedicated to parts, garage equipment, tyres, bodywork/paint, and the renowned “Kitchen”, an exclusive workbench from the ISOTECH brand;
The repair area, focused on supporting technicians within the AD Network around three key pillars – technician, retailer and entrepreneur – as well as providing guidance to the Autoprimo Network.

This well-defined structure, punctuated by experiential zones, offered an intuitive reading of the stand while showcasing the diversity of the group’s initiatives.

A responsible and people-centred design

The great innovation of 2025 was the integration of an CSR approach right from the design stage.
Autodistribution placed environmental and social responsibility at the heart of the project, supported by FG Design’s creative and technical teams.

The results speak for themselves:

60% of the stand was reused at the Solutrans show a few weeks later (structures, signage, mezzanine, wooden panels, furniture);
All technical equipment was hired, and lighting was provided entirely by low-consumption LED systems;
A dedicated “safe place” was created for the teams to take a break or recharge – a first for an event of this kind.

A project conceived as a model of inventive ergonomics, where well-being, sustainability and aesthetics come together seamlessly.

From 7 to 10 October 2025, Pollutec brought together at Lyon Eurexpo the leading players shaping tomorrow’s environmental solutions. Renewable energies, circular economy, sustainable innovation… The event stands as an international showcase of the commitments and expertise driving the ecological transition.

This year, FG Design supported four committed companies — ORTEC, ECOMAISON, IDEX and KEON — in designing and producing their exhibition spaces.
A shared presence reflecting a shared responsibility: to create stands that are sustainable, modular and meaningful.

Partnering with responsible brands

At an event such as Pollutec, environmental commitment is not a selling point — it’s a given. FG Design integrates every project into a comprehensive eco-design approach: reusing structures, optimising materials, ensuring modularity, adopting low-impact printing, and considering the full lifecycle of each installation.

ORTEC

An international player in services, engineering and the environment, ORTEC Group unveiled its signature 90m² stand, modular and 70% reusable.
The striking architectural form acts as the backbone of the space, wrapped in blue and green tones echoing the theme of the show.

A subtle moiré effect, created through a double white voile, plays with transparency and depth.

ECOMAISON & ECOMINÉRO

Ecomaison and Ecominéro shared a joint stand dedicated to reuse and recycling in construction and housing.
A pedagogical and participatory space, animated by two key experiences: crafting promotional items from recycled plastics sourced from collected garden furniture and an immersive virtual reality experience illustrating the principles of the circular economy.

The reused structures, flooring and signage — drawn from previous editions — embody the longstanding partnership between Ecomaison and FG Design, established in 2014.

IDEX

A major player in local and low-carbon energy, IDEX presented a 40m² eco-designed and modular stand, designed for a minimum four-year lifecycle.

Its adaptable structure (from 12 to 60 sqm), illuminated signage and reusable carpentry components embody a durable, scalable and responsible approach to event design.

KEON

A French specialist in biogas and agricultural energy transition, KEON showcased a 30m² stand expressing its commitment to sustainable innovation.

To support its multi-trade show presence, FG Design developed a hybrid modular and eco-designed solution, scalable from 18 to 36m², combining reusable woodwork, aluminium framing and impactful graphic displays.

Sagemcom at Network X: a stand at the heart of connectivity

FG Design creates a functional and sustainable space in the service of innovation

From 14 to 16 October, Network X brought together the major players in broadband, 5G and telecommunications at Paris Porte de Versailles.

Present across its three areas of expertise – broadband, decoders and smart energy – Sagemcom showcased its latest advances in broadband technology: a complete portfolio of solutions designed to connect homes and communities in the digital age.

A stand optimised for demonstration and dialogue

As Sagemcom’s stand design agency since 2015, FG Design signed a new edition for Network X, following another successful tender.
The goal: to modernise the installation while strengthening its visibility, in line with the client’s key requirements – functionality, clarity and efficiency.

Covering 105 m², the architecture features clean lines and a signature blue with an IT-inspired connotation.

A high-visibility installation

The space, both understated and welcoming, is designed to encourage demonstrations and exchanges between industry experts:

High-level signage for instant visibility in the exhibition aisles;
Illuminated exterior light boxes to catch the eye from afar and reinforce brand presence;
Demonstration zones equipped with screens to present solutions;
A welcoming bar area to foster conviviality;
Private meeting rooms dedicated to professional appointments;

Sagemcom Network X

A sustainable and modular event architecture

Designed with longevity in mind, the Sagemcom stand reflects FG Design’s commitment to responsible and optimised event design.
It will accompany the brand across its three major international events – IBC, Network X and Enlit – adapting to each configuration and environment.

All elements – flooring, structures, furniture and scenography – will be entirely reused over a minimum period of four years.
This approach ensures a significant reduction in costs and environmental impact, while maintaining visual coherence and consistent brand impact from one exhibition to the next.

For the 2025 Paris Air Show, Safran set its sights high with a monumental 900 sqm stand, the result of several months of design and fabrication. A bold challenge met by our teams, with an unprecedented scenography featuring:

An immersive digital pathway highlighting decarbonised innovations
And as a striking visual signature, a 250 sqm suspended sail, both majestic and unmissable.

This expansive space perfectly embodied Safran’s key strategic priorities: innovation, decarbonisation, and sovereignty. The result? Record-breaking attendance, glowing feedback, and a stand that earned unanimous acclaim.

This 182 m² chalet, with its dark tones and luminous lines, evoked the boundless potential of AI and digital transformation. It featured interactive kiosks, 180° immersive zones, open discussion areas, and a dedicated reception space.

Every detail was carefully considered — from circulation and acoustics to the fluidity of interactions.

ORTEC / Sonovision: a signature taking shape

Occitanie Region: identity and influence

A pioneer in aerospace, the Occitanie Region expressed its identity through a chalet and stand designed with warm, inviting codes: a red and ochre palette, greenery, cityscapes and traditional decorative objects.
The chalet (144 m² + terrace) welcomed VIP guests in a confidential, reception-style setting, while the open and fluid stand encouraged exchanges, product presentations and professional meetings.

At the heart of the strategy: a 182 m² stand designed by Groupe FG Design. Not a backdrop, but a live demonstration. Not a display case, but a vibrant ecosystem.

From first glance, the tone is set. Open on all four sides and visible from afar, the stand stands out without ever closing itself off. Every element encourages flow, curiosity and interaction.

Three key areas structure the visit:

A technological core, dedicated to demos and key partners
An immersive AI Lab, playing on the senses — mirrors, light, reflections — to let visitors feel AI before they understand it
A Startup Village, designed to foster exchanges between emerging talent and established players

Under the banner Endless possibilities, Scaleway wanted to give tangible form to a cloud that is innovative, sovereign and inspiring.

The brief was crystal-clear: a readable and recognisable architecture, a value chain for AI graspable at a glance, smooth visitor flow despite density, and a flexible layout that could adapt to the event’s highlights.

A challenge taken up by the FG Design team, under demanding conditions: reconciling conflicting visions, refining a hybrid concept, integrating partners, and fine-tuning every detail — right down to the final square metre.

All while keeping one goal in sight: staying true to Scaleway’s identity, while working within the constraints of the real world.

A 100 sqm pavilion to showcase Brazil’s scientific excellence

To embody the vitality of Brazilian research at VivaTech, the University of São Paulo (USP) and the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) selected FG Design through a competitive consultation process led by the Research Centre For Greenhouse Gas Innovation (RCGI) of USP, the institute responsible for coordinating the stand.

Our agency brought together its international network and ensured seamless coordination with a BrazilianRCGI and the architectural firm they contracted. The project was led by our Franco-Brazilian key account manager, whose dual cultural expertise helped guarantee a fluid dialogue and a smooth execution throughout.

A dynamic and immersive experience

At the heart of the pavilion, two large LED screens formed an L-shaped space entirely dedicated to showcasing research and start-ups. A separate enclosed and immersive room offered 180-degree projections of the university’s videos, providing contextual insight into the scientific projects on display.

Around this core, several interactive modules completed the experience:

Two tubular structures offering a VR journey enhanced by olfactory diffusers, immersing visitors in the Amazon rainforest.
Six touchscreen totems providing access to a custom application developed by the university.
Two display podiums showcasing physical prototypes and technological innovations.

Fast delivery, smooth coordination

The project was delivered on a tight schedule with high quality standards. Thanks to efficient communication between Brazilian and French teams — supported by cross-cultural agility within FG Design — every phase was handled with care and efficiency.

From the initial brief to final delivery, the project was managed with rigour and in close collaboration with Brazilian architect A.R Arquitetura & Design, responsible for the 3D design of the stand. FG Design then took charge of the entire implementation: technical development, rapid sourcing of suppliers, production coordination, and on-site installation. All delivered on time, with no compromise on the ambition of the project.

A space designed to connect

More than an institutional stand, the pavilion was a hub for meaningful interactions. It encouraged conversations between researchers and investors, startups and corporations, Brazil and the European tech ecosystem.

Through demos, live pitches on VivaTech’s official stages, and informal meetings, the space fostered real opportunities — and positioned the university as a major player in global innovation.

At SIEC 2025, the leading trade show for commercial real estate and retail, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) returns with a 140 m² stand, designed and produced by FG Design. This new edition reaffirms the group’s ambition: to make its environmental commitments visible through event spaces that are understated, high-quality and built to last.

As the European leader in premium shopping destinations, URW develops and manages vibrant places in major cities. Its stand reflects this ambition: to create spaces with high functional value, aligned with the group’s goals of attractiveness, performance and environmental responsibility.

Reception desk, backlit signage, custom-made furniture, wooden and glass partitions… most elements have been carried over from previous editions. More than 50% of the stand has been reused this year, with a refreshed layout that enhances visitor experience, reinforces brand identity and conveys the group’s core values.

EDF at AMIF trade fair: an eco-designed and fully modular stand

A new format for a new event strategy

At the 2025 AMIF trade fair, EDF unveiled a new stand concept designed and produced by Groupe FG Design: a packaged, modular and eco-designed structure created to support its long-term event strategy.

Present at over 60 trade shows each year, the group is taking a key step forward: pooling resources, ensuring brand consistency, and accelerating the environmental transition of its events.

A sleek, efficient and adaptable design.

The stand unveiled at the AMIF trade show (36 m², open on three sides) stands out with a scenography that is both clean and welcoming: backlit “turbine” counter, themed visuals, planted planters, French-designed furniture, high tables for networking, reusable lino flooring, moucharabieh-style cut-outs: every detail has been crafted to the standards of a bespoke stand.
Visibility is enhanced by four suspended banners and two backlit logos integrated into the slatted partitions.

Far from a fixed format, the stand is fully modular, from 9 to 50 m², and can be adapted to different needs thanks to its interchangeable modules. Each EDF division or subsidiary can book and customise it independently, while fully respecting the group’s brand guidelines.

A collaborative tool to configure, preview and book

This new format is the result of a thorough eco-design process, applied from the very first stages of development:

Aluminium frame: durable and endlessly reusable
Furniture made from brewers’ spent grain, sourced locally
Graphics printed on recycled fabric, recoverable as fuel
Manufacturing processes optimised to reduce waste
Systematic sorting, reuse and recycling of components after each use
Carbon footprint calculated for every event to monitor real impact

Transport has also been rethought: through logistics pooling and strategically located storage hubs across France, the stand can be shipped in more compact vehicles, reducing related emissions.

A dedicated online platform for configuration and deployment

To simplify project management and streamline communication, FG Design has developed a fully customised online configuration platform. Intuitive and user-friendly, it allows each EDF entity to:

Select the surface area and layout
Compose their stand using available modules
Integrate signage
Preview the 3D render in real time
Generate cost estimates
Save and reuse configurations

The stand presented at the AMIF trade show was designed by an EDF project team, who used this tool for the first time.

From May 10 to November 23, 2025, the 19th Venice Architecture Biennale, curated by architect and engineer Carlo Ratti, promises to mark a major shift. Its theme — “Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective.” — is a coined term that merges intelligence, nature and collaboration. It challenges us to rethink architecture as a dialogue between human knowledge, technological power and environmental memory.

More than a manifesto, this edition calls for a paradigm shift: to conceive space not as a fixed object but as a living interface between humans, their environment and emerging technologies.

At Milan Design Week 2025, internationally acclaimed designer Patricia Urquiola presented a captivating installation, created in collaboration with Haworth and Pantone. Entitled Dualities Discovered, this immersive scenography explores the emotional impact of colour, the interplay between light and material, and the subtle dialogue between space and sensation.

A daring and poetic project that resonates strongly with us at FG Design. For us, a stand is more than a structure – it is a space for expression, interaction, and visual storytelling. Much like in Urquiola’s work, colour does not simply decorate; it reveals, it evokes, it narrates.

Design as a conduit for emotion

At the heart of the installation lies a palette of pastels from the Pantone Dualities collection -reinterpreted tones that shift between softness and saturation. These colours, enhanced by carefully chosen textures and lighting, create an atmosphere that is at once delicate and bold.

Each element in the space contributes to the immersive experience: a sculptural armchair, a spiral-shaped piece inspired by the Ouroboros symbol, and materials selected not only for their visual qualities but also for their environmental credentials.

A new chapter begins for a leading name in inflight comfort

The 2025 edition of Aircraft Interiors Expo, held in Hamburg, once again brought together the key players in the aerospace industry around the latest innovations in cabin design and passenger experience.

For Expliseat, the manufacture of the lightest aircraft seat in the world, this event marked a true turning point: new positioning, new brand identity, product innovations… A defining moment, embodied by a completely reimagined stand, designed and built by FG Design to bring this transformation to life.

From 3D… to final realisation

Welcoming the new “Expliseat 2.0”

For this edition, Expliseat went big with a 126 m² stand – a space twice the size of the previous year. A scale-up that matched the ambition: to unveil its new brand identity and assert its renewed positioning.

The objective was clear: to design a versatile space, able to present new products, communicate the new visual identity, and host key moments of the event (press conference, client reception).

In terms of design, the choice was deliberately minimalist. The guiding concept was the well-known principle of “less is more”: open volumes, smooth visitor flow, and a clean, pared-down scenography. This approach allowed the essentials to stand out — namely, the brand’s ultra-light seats, designed to reduce aircraft weight and thereby cut carbon emissions.

Innovation experienced in real conditions

A total of eight seat mock-ups were on display, including two major new releases:

The TiSeat 2X Lite, optimised for the Airbus A320 platform, unveiled exclusively alongside the announcement of a major new client,
The Air France production seat, soon to be installed on HOP! Embraer 190s.

Every area of the stand was designed to facilitate demonstrations, encourage interaction, and highlight the perceived quality of the seats, while visually reflecting the brand’s new colours and updated logo.

To support this key milestone, FG Design created a stand for Expliseat that perfectly combined clean design, functionality, and adaptability, fully aligned with the brand’s ambitions and the demands of the event.

Its participation in SIMI enables the company to strengthen its visibility and showcase its most innovative projects.

A stand with character, built to last

On just 27 m², our teams gave tangible form to Prologis’ low-carbon commitment with precision and originality. Wood, polished concrete, steel sheeting and greenery come together elegantly to embody a purposeful, responsible approach to logistics.

Beyond their visual appeal, these materials were carefully selected to be preserved and reused — a concrete example of circular economy in action.

When Italian excellence meets event expertise

How can the full potential of a brand at the crossroads of design, optical precision, and technological innovation be revealed?

At the IDS (International Dental Show) in Cologne, Univet, a specialist in optical devices, chose Groupe FG DESIGN to create a stand that would embody its new identity while showcasing its high-precision optical solutions for healthcare professionals.

Rather than a simple exhibition stand, FG DESIGN conceived a global architectural concept — modular and reusable. The stand can adapt from one trade show to another, as well as to the different teams involved, with configurations ranging from 20 to 135 m².

An immersive dual-entry experience

The visitor journey is structured around two complementary worlds:

A demonstration area dedicated to healthcare professionals, featuring trial and hands-on zones to explore magnifying loupes and the X-Vision system — a breakthrough innovation blending optical precision and connected technology,
A partners & distributors area, designed for meaningful exchanges, personalised hospitality, and showcasing the brand’s international presence.

In both cases, comfort, smooth circulation, and attention to detail (materials, lighting, finishes) make all the difference.

Spanning over 100 m², FG Design created an elegant and fluid space designed to encourage networking and showcase FILLMED’s flagship technologies and products. A tailor-made scenography, where every detail—from the optimised visitor journey to the convivial exchange areas—was crafted to offer a unique experience and strengthen the brand’s visibility in an ever-evolving sector.

Upon arrival, the FILLMED stand immediately captivates with its minimalist yet impactful design. A sleek, contemporary architecture where the contrast of black and white creates a refined setting, designed to highlight each product. At the heart of this scenography, the FILLMED logo stands as a visual thread. Like a graphic landmark, it stretches upwards through two illuminated bands, naturally guiding visitors from one area to another. An airy white drapery complements the design, adding lightness and fluidity to this imposing structure. Inside, the experience becomes even more immersive. A subtle play of mirrors, lights, and shades creates an elegant contrast to the understated exterior. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted to enhance the products and encourage interaction. The stand is organised around several strategically designed spaces:

Based in Lot-et-Garonne, near Agen (France), Fonroche Lighting is the global leader in autonomous solar lighting. With its cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions, the company equips cities, infrastructures, and sensitive sites with high-performance solar streetlights—providing reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly lighting.

Every year, 1,000 new municipalities commit to decarbonisation by adopting these solutions.

Established in 2023 at the Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales (SMCL), the collaboration between Fonroche Lighting and FG Design is built for the long term and is now expanding internationally, notably to the Light + Building trade fair in Frankfurt.

An innovative, functional stand that overcame significant challenges

Spanning 126 m² in a central island configuration, the Fonroche Lighting stand was designed to embody the brand’s identity while addressing complex technical constraints. One of the main challenges was the limited ceiling height (under the ring road), a crucial factor when showcasing streetlights designed for public lighting.

A concrete example: the Bayer stand at JFR 2024

This collaboration, the result of a tender won thanks to the relevance and creativity of our proposal, stands out wwith a bespoke, elegant, functional, eco-friendly, and reusable stand design.

Spanning an 86 m² elongated layout, open on two sides and challenged by the alignment of four structural pillars, we devised an optimised space divided into three distinct zones:

A space for “talks” (mini-conferences),

A reception area designed to facilitate exchanges and hospitality.

When HR Innovation and AI join forces

On Thursday, 5 December 2024, Sopra HR Software, in collaboration with Groupe FG Design, hosted the second edition of eNovDay at the Palais Brongniart in Paris. This event was dedicated to HR innovation and the opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence.

The programme featured themed zones showcasing cutting-edge solutions: digital assistants for enhancing employee experience, HR bots to streamline payroll, inclusive and sustainable technologies, AI for recruitment and training, predictive HR data analysis, and groundbreaking innovations from start-ups.

Over 30 real-world use cases were shared, providing a glimpse into the future of HR solutions.

A diverse and immersive programme

Among the highlights, Yann Ferguson, a sociologist at INRIA, delivered a thought-provoking talk on “The Future of Work in the Age of AI.” Sopra HR also shared its ethical and responsible AI strategy, along with its white paper stemming from the forward-looking work of the Sopra HR Think Tank “Think Infinity”, entitled “When AI Joins the HR Leadership Table”.

On the interactive side, visitors encountered Miroka, a humanoid robot by Enchanted Tools, along with immersive virtual reality applications designed to enhance employee training and well-being.

A stage set by Groupe FG Design

Building on our ongoing collaboration with Sopra HR Software across France and Europe, Groupe FG Design was entrusted with the scenography, decor, and overall installation for this event.

Key highlights of our contribution included:

17 bespoke 16 m² stands, each with its unique visual identity and integrated demonstration areas,
A dedicated corner for 10 innovative start-ups,
A dazzling centrepiece: a monumental reflective chandelier, 16 m² in circumference and 4 metres high.

Particular care was given to sustainability: modular aluminium structures, solvent-free printed banners, 100% recyclable carpet, and rented furniture.

Despite the technical constraints of this listed venue, our teams rose to the challenge, completing the entire setup in just one day and dismantling everything that same evening.

Following this successful collaboration, we are thrilled to support Sopra HR Software at their upcoming internal event, set to take place at the ACCOR Arena in Paris La Défense.

A set design conceived to engage all photography enthusiasts

For over 10 years, FG Design has been supporting FUJIFILM in the creation of remarkable exhibition spaces. This year, once again, at the Salon de la Photo at the Grande Halle de la Villette, we designed a 180 m² stand showcasing the brand’s various products and services.

The stand was designed as a true experiential journey, structured around four thematic areas:

Digital Cameras (DC): a black-and-white universe exuding elegance, with a product display enhanced by an exhibition of renowned photographers’ work. Large, immaculate counters to showcase the X and GFX series, as well as a dedicated area for camera rentals. A forum space equipped with a 4K screen for presentations by influential photographers.
INSTAX: a playful and graphic universe that is instantly recognizable, featuring a massive 4m wall covered entirely in digital prints, complemented by animated LED panels. Colourful kiosks to discover and interact with the cameras.
MyFUJIFILM: a showcase of photographs printed on various materials, including plexiglass, aluminium, porcelain, fabric, and more.
A 24m² FUJI PRO stand on the mezzanine to promote the brand’s printers and other technical products.

Immersive experiences for the audience

Two original activities perfectly complemented the setup:

A plant-based photocall, made from tree leaves, invited visitors to take photos using an INSTAX camera.
A corridor, equipped with a state-of-the-art FUJI-brand projector, displayed an aquatic video on the floor, giving visitors the illusion of walking on water.

A turnkey premium project

The execution of this high-end project, custom-designed for a deliberately unique experience, created a buzz and generated a significant influx of visitors.

It required 3.5 days of setup and involved a wide range of trades: carpenters, upholsterers, electricians, video technicians, landscapers, sign makers, all perfectly coordinated by our design/project team duo.

A lasting, recurring, and diverse collaboration

Throughout the year, FG Design continues its collaboration with FUJIFILM, including the design of a 20 m² FNAC corner, set up annually from November to January. Dedicated to INSTAX, it showcases the range to the general public in a particularly appealing setting.

Every year, the TFWA (Tax Free World Association) exhibition gathers the international duty-free and travel retail industry in Cannes.

A prestigious event that blends elegance and exclusivity, where NUXE – worldwide renowned for its sensory and eco-friendly skincare products – stood out remarkably.

Designed by our design studio and crafted by our artisan creators, this stunning 42 m² space is a tribute to the brand’s core values: naturalness, effectiveness, and sensoriality.

Reusing various elements from previous years while reimagining the overall concept, it provides a refreshed atmosphere where every detail evokes the pleasure of applying NUXE skincare products.

Expertise in the service of harmony and luxury

FG Design brought all its expertise in the luxury sector to create this stand, which is both refined and welcoming. The choice of materials and the subtle staging evoke nature, a constant source of inspiration cherished by the brand’s founder, Aliza Jabès.

Wood and polished concrete, reflecting the brand’s DNA, adorn the reception desk, while silky curtains highlight the curves of the meeting room. Brushed gold laminate and sleek LED lighting in the display cases add a touch of modernity and elegance.

The brand’s emblematic products are enhanced by warm white lighting, reinforcing the space’s intimate feel.

An unforgettable sensory experience for TFWA visitors.

Optimised layout for exclusive encounters

To ensure impeccable hospitality and guarantee confidentiality, we designed modular meeting spaces accommodating up to 12 people.

The stand’s ergonomics have been thoughtfully crafted to facilitate movement while maximising product visibility.

Every square meter has been optimally utilised, offering a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetic appel.

It served as an ideal platform to highlight the latest innovations in VINCI Construction‘s roadworks activities, featuring a notable first: the presence of Signastore and Signature, specialists in road equipment.

The stand also unveiled Orizome®, a groundbreaking range of vegetated soil designed to reduce soil sealing, mitigate flooding, and promote the development of urban green spaces.

Sustainable innovation at fingertips

Expoprotection Paris is a premier professional trade show dedicated to risk prevention and management. Held every two years, the event attracts decision-makers from around the globe who come to explore the latest trends, meet industry experts, and engage potential suppliers.

A longstanding leader in personal protective equipment, the globally established Japanese company SHOWA is showcasing its full range of high-performance, eco-friendly protective gloves.

FG Design has proudly supported SHOWA at various events for 10 years, overcoming new challenges with each edition.

2024: a year for eco-design

This year, Showa has chosen to highlight its commitment to sustainable development, particularly through its range of biodegradable gloves.

The stand design aimed to embody eco-design principles not only visually but also in its construction, reducing the carbon footprint wherever possible.

Our technical and project teams successfully rose to this challenge, creating a stand that is entirely reusable and recyclable, reaffirming FG Design as SHOWA’s trusted partner.

The FG design creative response

Our approach was to create a custom yet flexible space, capable of reuse at multiple events, with an adaptable surface area from 18 m² to 100 m².

The stand’s airy, open layout used lightweight, self-supporting structures for optimal modularity.

Material choices for furniture, counters, and display cases were carefully selected to ensure durability and sustainability.

High-level, 360° signage and solvent-free printed visuals on removable banners boosted SHOWA’s visibility and reinforced its messaging.

Some panels featured double-sided visuals mounted with silicone joints and separated by foam to reduce noise levels, ensuring high-quality exchanges in the two integrated meeting rooms.

Finally, the entire stand was illuminated with energy-efficient LED lighting.

This stand achieves a balance between aesthetics and sustainability, meeting eco-design standards while providing a premium experience.

It exemplifies FG Design’s expertise in crafting spaces that combine elegance, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility, fully aligned with SHOWA’s values.

Hobart sets new standards at EquipHotel 2024

Dashing design and inventive ergonomics to promote innovation

EquipHotel is an international reference for professionals in hospitality, catering, and public industries. Held every two years in Paris, the trade show attracts nearly 100,000 visitors and brings together over 1,200 exhibitors, eager to showcase their innovations and expertise.

This dynamic and convivial gathering is one that Hobart, a global leader in warewashing, cooking and food prep solutions, never misses.

The Hobart stand with clear ambitions

For the 2024 edition, Hobart’s French division had set high expectations:

An innovative layout designed to stand out from previous editions and other competing stands,
A display that highlights the group’s cutting-edge technology,
A carefully arranged setup to showcase the latest equipment,
A welcoming area to facilitate discussions and engage visitors.

All this within a 85 m² space that came with specific challenges: open on all four sides, no option for overhead suspension, and requirements for water and power connections to support live demonstrations throughout the five-day event.

FG Design’s creative response

After a thorough analysis of the specifications and numerous brainstorming sessions, the concept of a circular stand emerged as the clear choice for our design/project team.

The round shapes evoked water, movement, and fluidity, while the signage, equipped with LED screens, represented the cutlery baskets of washing equipment. A blue canopy enhanced the sense of an aquatic environment.

Four distinct areas, positioned along the edges of the stand, each with its own signage, showcasing the latest innovations. This clever layout encouraged discovery from the salon aisles and gave an expansive feel to the space.

For decoration, transparent spheres filled with blue liquid and greenery embodied Hobart’s commitment to technology and sustainable innovation, symbolising, respectively, the low water consumption of the new equipment and the brand’s dedication to sustainability.

The reception area was just as inviting, featuring cosy conversation spaces and a sleek bar lit with blue LEDs.

An original and innovative concept, marking a successful first collaboration between our two companies.

Sustainable design and short-term reuse

Committed to providing our clients with both sustainable and cost-effective solutions, this traditional stand was crafted with 70% reusability in mind.

The structure will be reused as soon as January 2025 at the prestigious SIRHA LYON trade show. For this occasion, the circular design will be transformed into an oblong shape to fit a 160 m² stand, ready to welcome Hobart’s latest innovations.

Exhibiting at a high-stakes trade show, where one must showcase substantial, sometimes bulky, equipment and provide a welcoming environment for clients, presents a complex challenge.

In this context, the mezzanine stand offers an elegant and efficient solution to maximise impact while optimising available space; every square metre is utilised, and the flow of visitors is effortless.

Space optimisation: twice the opportunities

A mezzanine stand allows for the full use of the often-underutilised height of exhibition halls. This approach brings several advantages: on the ground floor, there’s a welcoming area for engaging visitors, while upstairs, a more intimate VIP space offers panoramic views of the event and an immersive brand experience.

High-End, bespoke and impactful design

Beyond functionality, the mezzanine stand lends itself to sophisticated, custom designs. Atlantic Systèmes at Interclima

Our design-project team created a stunning, bespoke premium stand for Atlantic Systèmes, which won the approval of their tender committee, much to our delight.

This project presented numerous challenges:

Showcase all of the brand’s market segments with clear and effective signage that’s easily identifiable
Present the latest solutions attractively, whether on the ground, on stands, or suspended, while accommodating significant technical constraints, especially regarding weight and volume,
Ensure smooth visitor flow through the space despite high traffic, allowing the sales team to engage comfortably,
Creating a high-quality VIP area that facilitates confidential discussions in a welcoming and cosy environment.

Eco-designed, modular and reusable stands, adapted for each event

As the first event of the season dedicated to the public sector, Espace Collectivités has been bringing together companies, decision-makers, elected officials and institutional players for 40 years to discuss strategic issues concerning the future of territories.

On September 12 and 13, over 10,000 visitors explored the 15,000m² exhibition, meeting key players in major development projects, energy, transport, water management, and ecological transition.

Among the exhibitors, leading companies such as Chantiers Modernes Construction and Eurovia, subsidiaries of VINCI Construction, as well as Razel-Bec and Dalkia have entrusted us for several years with the design and production of stands that are both innovative and sustainable.

Our achievements

For Espace Collectivités, the FG Design teams created four spaces ranging from 20 to 60 m², designed to encourage both information sharing and a welcoming atmosphere.

The stands were functional yet warm, eco-designed, tailor-made for the subsidiaries of VINCI Construction and Razel-Bec, hybrid for Dalkia, and all reusable.

Stored in the Paris region with our carpenters partners, they were adapted and refurbished to meet the specific needs and themes of the event.

This approach allows brands to sustainably strengthen their visibility and message, no matter the event.

Each client could rely on a dedicated FG Design team, led by a project manager and site supervisor duo, ensuring flawless service quality and smooth management of any unforeseen circumstances.

Superyachting: setting course for the French Riviera

Meyer Yachts and SeaNet: attracting an exclusive clientele in a highly competitive environment

Every year in September, the world of yachting and superyachting converges on the French Riviera with the prestigious Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show.

Some 85,000 visitors from all over the world stroll along the docks, discovering the most stunning creations, top designers, naval architects, equipment manufacturers, builders, marine brokers and other market experts.

This year, FG Design brings its longstanding expertise to the forefront, supporting two major players: SeaNet, an international broker specialising in yacht co-ownership and services, and Meyer Yachts, shipbuilder with spectacular, made-to-measure, avant-garde creations.

Both companies share a common ambition: to captivate a selective clientele, despite the challenge of having no yachts moored at the event.

FG Design : expertise in luxury within constrained spaces

For these two projects, our brief was to design and create elegant reception spaces that embody to luxury standards despite the limited surface areas (less than 35 m²) and prefabricated units, which had to be fully customised.

More than just a showroom, we crafted welcoming, immersive environments where visitors could envision their future acquisitions.

Each project was developed with a delicate balance of aesthetics, functionality, and confidentiality.

SeaNet : the nautical world as a reference

For this first collaboration, our project stood out: functional, custom-designed furniture to accommodate documentation, refreshments, and personal belongings, rounded banquettes, white lacquered materials, wooden flooring; all winks to the maritime world. Not forgetting the essential immersive and digital element: a large, movable projection screen.

Despite poor weather conditions affecting the setup time, we were fully prepared for the opening, delivering a beautifully designed space that made a strong impression and met expectations.

Meyer Yachts: a tribute to interior design

For the third consecutive year, we continue our partnership with the illustrious German shipbuilder, a specialist in unique, custom-built yachts and superyachts.

A bespoke reception space was designed to reflect the DNA of this iconic brand: seven generations of shipbuilders, an exceptional level of craftsmanship, excellence, passion, and the expertise of 1,500 engineers.

This beautiful, sustainable, and reusable stand has been stored in our warehouses since its creation. After refurbishment and adaptation, it is reused every year.

This reusability aligns with the company’s values of sustainable development, which include the production of ships using biofuels.

This year, the stand highlights Meyer Yachts’ creation processes : research study, design, modelling, innovations, all presented through digital and interactive screens.

A 240 m² chalet combining quality hospitality and digital efficiency

The German group Siemens is Europe’s largest engineering company and its country’s largest employer.

As a technology leader in the fields of industry, infrastructure, transport and health, with its eco-efficient factories, resilient supply chains, intelligent buildings and power grids, clean and comfortable transport and cutting-edge medicine, the group is helping to transform its customers through innovation and the convergence of the physical and digital worlds.

An ever-present communication challenge

Maintaining its image and leadership in such competitive fields is a constant challenge, and one that is particularly evident when the Group and its divisions take part in major events such as the SIAE at Le Bourget, the CES in Las Vegas and the FIA (Farnborough International Airshow) in the UK.

This July 2024, we had the opportunity to promote Siemens Digital Industries Software division through the design, creation, and comprehensive management of an elegant 240 m² chalet and its 40 m² terrace with a stunning view of the airstrip.

An exclusive and private environment, ideal for digital demonstrations, catering, networking and high-level discussions, away from the main exhibition areas.

Two distinct spaces that flow seamlessly together

The design of the Siemens chalet by our teams began with the drawing up of plans showing the layout of the spaces, enhanced by computer-generated images (3D) for a better perception of the final rendering.

Two distinct areas, one for receptions and the other for digital demonstrations, combined a clever mix of bespoke elements – walls, partitions, ceilings, reception desk, bar, signage – furniture and carefully chosen leased digital screens.

The company’s easily identifiable graphic identity was underlined by a play of lights evoking the flow of information, while an illuminated path invited visitors to discover the digital space and watch the screenings.

The reception area featured a bar, cosy discussion areas, a catering area and a meeting room for 10 people with a connected screen.

A Siemens chalet with many challenges

Setting up the Siemens chalet at the FIA involved 15 days of on-site installation, a management team of 4 people and around twenty specialised workers (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.).

“This was not too much time to deal with minor unforeseen circumstances,” explains Sandra Mendes-France, Head of project Management at FG Design. “A hole in the roof of the prefabricated structure that had to be plugged, a sloping site not mentioned by the organiser with a significant difference in level that meant that the façade already manufactured had to be adapted on site, as did the steps and the mobility ramp..”

Founded in 2015, ArianeGroup, formerly known as Airbus Safran Launchers (ASL), is jointly owned by Airbus and Safran.

It designs cutting-edge launcher solutions, such as Ariane, and space applications for institutional, commercial and industrial clients.

The latest innovation, Ariane 6, successfully completed its maiden flight on 9 July from the Kourou spaceport in French Guiana.

ILA Berlin 2024: a spectacular stand enhanced by digital technology

Among the key exhibitions ArianeGroup participates in, ILA Berlin is paramount for showcasing aeronautical and space innovations.

For the 98-square-metre stand designed to highlight achievements and successes, we installed high-resolution LED screens, both floor-mounted and suspended, offering a total projection area of 60 m²!

This latest-generation equipment can bend concavely or convexly for enhanced visibility and attraction.

The set-up was completed by plinths equipped with digital screens to support the models, and two communicating meeting rooms.

A 100% reusable and customisable modular stand

Founded in 1950, Amplifon is a global specialist in hearing solutions. With over 700 centres in France, the company was voted Best Audiologist Brand in 2023 for the fourth consecutive year.

The audiologists’ congress, held annually in Paris, gathers the key players in the profession. Young and future graduates walk the aisles, meeting various companies and potentially their future employers.

In this competitive environment where everyone seeks to recruit the best, Amplifon chose to stand out by presenting its strengths and values in an original way. A continuously reinvented and eco-friendly playground was a showcase for the network’s managers and collaborators.

“Standing out is always a goal, especially with our target audience, which is relatively young,” says Camille Gombert, Senior Talent Specialist at Amplifon. “This year, we embraced the theme of sports – naturally essential – and its values so close to ours: team spirit, performance, coaching, collective victory, all brilliantly brought to life by our partner FG Design.”

Our challenge

Create an original and impactful 78 m² stand that can be used in future editions, with two main constraints:

Three technical poles within the space,
A limited budget requiring the use of stored decor and furniture from Amplifon.

Our achievement

For this colourful, playful, and easily identifiable stand at the entrance of the exhibition, we imagined a scenography in the form of an initiatory journey, represented by a running track on the floor and digital displays throughout.

The technical pillars were utilised as communication and animation supports: signage arch, basketball hoop, etc.
Existing decor and furniture elements were refurbished and reused.
A photobooth, goodies, and other surprises awaited visitors, all of whom expressed their delight in discovering the brand and its strengths in such an original way.

Scaleway, a major European player in cloud and artificial intelligence, has excelled in this setting, showcasing its sustainable technological solutions in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

The challenge

To design a stand that embodies Scaleway’s values, while offering visitors a remarkable immersive experience, including key features :

A striking visual element identifiable from a distance and embodying the brand,
A captivating and seamless visitor journey,
Promotional areas for partners and their offerings, including HP, Nvidia, Ampere and others,
A guarantee of a sustainable stand.

Our achievement

The Scaleway stand was envisioned and crafted by our design team around a central element: a tree of life inspired by the film Avatar, symbolising the cloud, synergy, and technological growth.

This spectacular artistic creation, serving as a focal point, proved particularly attractive to visitors from the moment they arrived at the exhibition.

A visitor journey, designed around this central axis, provided an engaging way to explore the company’s various solutions and those of its partners, in a comfortable setting despite the high footfall.

Numerous screens and interactive installations effectively complemented the setup.

The stand received overwhelmingly positive feedback, not only from Scaleway’s internal teams but also from partners and visitors.

The sustainable approach of the design was also highly praised, as the stand is intended to be reused at future exhibitions.

The niche market of aircraft cabin interiors holds its annual exhibition in Hamburg, Germany. This event highlights comfort, ergonomics, aesthetics, as well as technological and environmental innovations.

Improving the passenger experience is also a key focus, with increasingly connected cabin spaces in the spotlight.

An opportunity for FG Design to design two stands for two leading French companies: STELIA Aerospace, the commercial brand of Airbus Atlantic, known for its “French luxury” positioning and specialising in premium seats for Business and First Class, and Expliseat, a former startup that continues to gain market share with its revolutionary, ultra-lightweight economy class seat made from carbon fibre and titanium.

Two companies of excellence with distinct positions, yet sharing common goals: to make a splash and impress clients and prospects – mainly executives of major global airlines – in an atmosphere that is both cosy and professional.

Our challenges

FG Design had to not only meet the specific expectations of each company but also stand out in a highly competitive environment where innovation and quality are paramount.

STELIA Aerospace aimed for sophistication and meticulous attention to detail, while Expliseat wanted to highlight its capacity for innovation and pioneering spirit.

Our achievements

STELIA Aerospace made a significant impact with a spectacular stand designed by our studio: a centrepiece embodied by an immense, iconic chandelier, a VIP reception area, a showroom meticulously designed to showcase the products on display, intimate and refined semi-private spaces, and a reception area offering sit-down meals. This creation truly captivated clients, partners, and the management team, who all remarked on its jewel-like and cocoon-like atmosphere, akin to being at home.

Expliseat, on the other hand, benefited from our expertise in creating a sleek, design-focused exhibition space that showcased its ultra-light seats, which are the hallmark of its brand. Numerous dynamic visual elements and a discussion-friendly area contributed to the success of this stand, which remained busy throughout the event.

Both companies also leveraged our eco-friendly know-how with reusable stands for future events.

Embracing a 100% reusable modular stand

As a world leader in eye protection in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), the French company Bollé Safety, based in Oyonnax, proudly boasts 130 years of experience, a presence in 80 countries, and 20 million daily users.

Its core values embrace performance, expertise, comfort, quality, innovation and style. Indeed, safety eyewear can be both high-performance… And stylish.

The acceleration of its CSR approach is also an integral part of its commitments. A drive expressed through its product innovations, responsible packaging and communications, notably for events, which includes exhibition stands, as Guillaume Conte, EMEA Trade & Event Marketing Coordinator, explains:

The challenge

« In 2022, we launched a tender to design and build a modular, reusable stand to replace our one-shot rental stands.

Our specifications included a number of constraints: a fixed budget, the need for a stand that could be adapted and easily used, ranging from 18 to 72 m², a smooth flow of people despite the large number of visitors, a semi-enclosed meeting area with soundproofing, visible, high-impact product display units and an original solution for showcasing our new products.

Above all, the stand had to be easy for our sales teams to use, both in terms of presenting the products during demonstrations and accessing the stocks.

This challenge was brilliantly met by FG DESIGN, as it was their design that we chose. »

Our achievement

Created in 2023 and first showcased at the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf, then at Sicur in Madrid in February 2024, the eco-designed Premium Bollé Safety stand conceived by our design studio is 100% reusable.

Its floor is made of recycled and recyclable cassettes and high-density leaded PVC tiles suitable for frequent use.
Its aluminium partitions and structures are lightweight and easy to transport, and can be recycled and reused at will,
The covering fabric and washable graphics are printed using solvent-free inks,
The top-of-the-range furniture and signage are custom-made and used at every event.

All the components are stored and warehoused at our long-standing partner Ilodeco.

Our Liberty managed management platform, developed specifically for the needs of our agency, our partners and our customers, enables us to choose the right configuration for each event, as well as carrying out quality control on the various stand components.

We are notified of each part’s condition upon return, allowing our client to decide whether to replace or repair the equipment.

Guillaume Conte concludes:

« The feedback from the field is excellent: the stand is stunning. It projects a premium image, highly appreciated by our sales force and clients.

Moreover, it’s well-thought-out: our sales staff have access to presentation tables with all the products. The staircase-style digital display cases are very eye-catching and showcase our innovations, while the product display cases, which are open to all, encourage people to try them on and adopt them. »

In a world where sustainability is paramount, ISO 20121 certification has emerged as a key tool for creators of temporary spaces and their clients seeking to align their events with responsible practices.

Adopted in 2012, this international standard establishes guidelines for managing sustainable events, integrating economic, social, and environmental aspects into their planning and execution.

Renewed in 2024 after a thorough audit, our ISO 20121 certification exemplifies our social and environmental responsibility through our organization and achievements, reaffirming our commitment to eco-design since 2005.

Environment

We develop solutions that integrate the life cycle of materials and the conservation of natural resources, adhering to the “5R rule” established in our commitment charter:

- Reuse each stand for as long as possible,
- Recycle materials to produce other supports,
- Reduce the volume of our waste and our carbon footprint,
- Repair damaged equipment,
- Return the carbon footprint of our events.

All our subcontractors in France and abroad are subject to strict referencing, based on demanding criteria where knowledge of materials and experience in modularity during design and assembly/disassembly are essential to the creation of eco-designed spaces.

A seamless journey for the FG DESIGN teams

The Nordbat trade fair in Lille, is a biennial event that brings together 17,000 construction entrepreneurs, specifiers, and principals with local suppliers and partners.

Construction and renovation in the era of decarbonisation were at the heart of the 2024 edition.

It was an opportunity for FG DESIGN and its clients to establish their reputation and expertise among visitors eager to discover the latest innovations and benefit from the best advice for their sustainable transition.

Atlantic, Thermor, Kiloutou, Ecomaison, Terreal et Wienerberger: all chose our agency to design and implement their eco-responsible stands.

The challenge

Produce and install 6 original, hight-impact stands at a single event, with distinct characteristics, stakes, and last-minute changes to manage.

Our achievements

Beyond the originality of the concepts and the quality of the execution, our clients particularly appreciated our commitment to an eco-friendly approach with modular custom stands, and for some, 100% reusable/recyclable.

Managing and coordinating temporary spaces production is a challenging task that requires working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to last-minute changes to meet clients’ needs. Our team is dedicated and works tirelessly to ensure the success of every project.

Continuous project management requires a well-structured organisation, with the production manager and sales duo at its core. They ensure greater reactivity, adaptability, effective information transmission, and controlled managerial risk.

A successful project involves a thorough understanding and rendering of the brief, a high-quality design, a good idea, a well-executed project, all within the established budget. London showcases its appeal at MIPIM

A stand that lives up to expectations

From March 12 to 15, 2024, the world’s leading real estate trade fair, MIPIM, took place on the prestigious Croisette in Cannes.

Over 22,000 industry professionals attended, walking the aisles, visiting the 300 stands representing more than 90 countries, and participating in various events and conferences.

The City of London has been a major participant in the event, hosting a flagship stand for the past 25 years, and bringing together over 500 participants – real estate developers, architects, construction companies, and investors – all of whom promote the attractiveness of the UK capital and their expertise.

A significant business and communication challenge.

The challenge

Creating a 400 sqm stand that honours London’s brand identity, while providing exhibitors and sponsors with areas where they can be seen, recognised and interact with their visitors in the very best conditions.

Our solution

Despite facing strong technical constraints, our team of designers managed to create a relevant and innovative project. The result? A bright, colourful, and welcoming stand housing a huge 3D model, while preserving both collective and individual identities, with conference and exhibition spaces that were unanimously praised by organisers, sponsors, and visitors.

Additionally, an outdoor hospitality and dining area was set up to delight participants under the radiant sun.

Breath of an Architect at Fondation Cartier

Indian architect and designer Bijoy Jain, founder of Studio Mumbai, is celebrated at Fondation Cartier through a captivating exhibition titled “Le souffle de l’architecte” (Breath of an Architect), in which he illustrates his deep attachment to the relationship between man and nature.

Here, there are no fancy effects, no plans, no models, no projects, but rather an immersion in the sensory, the impression. Bijoy Jain lets us experience the way he perceives the elements that surround him – the environment, materials, colours… – fragments that, when brought together, sharpen our imagination.

The “Breath of an Architect” is a journey from the inside to the outside of the building, like a breath, a “capture” that inspires and nourishes our own creativity, through the tangible and simple beauty of the installations.

The architect sees his projects as representations of the inherent link between the living space and the inhabitant.

What we liked:
Everything! The airy scenography, the South Asia textures and colours, organic shapes, the tranquillity of the space, the raw materials, the lightness and simplicity of the volumes.

Impact and seduce: a constantly renewed challenge

The role of a design office in an exhibition stand and space layout is to meet the customer’s specifications by sticking to its DNA, while proposing a project that differentiates it and impacts its targets.

Whether it’s in response to a call for tenders or a recurring contracted project, this requires a very strong commitment alongside the account manager, as we are the creative transcription of our agency’s proposal.

The more precise the brief and the information about our customer and his environment, the more certain we are of finding the right direction.

Inspiration is an essential part of our creative process. It requires us to keep a constant eye on what’s going on in our professions, but also in the fields of art, fashion and architecture. Visits to trade shows and exhibitions, and the search for new, eco-friendly materials are all part of our daily routine.

In this highly competitive environment, how can we stand out from the crowd? It’s all about being innovative, but also disruptive. At FG DESIGN, this is our motto: “We shake up codes, not nature”.

This often means imagining the detail that will make all the difference: the majestic chandelier for Stelia, the drop for Teoxane, the tree for Unibail, or the autumn leaf lungs for a major pharmaceutical laboratory…

The icon which makes the difference

The IMCAS World Congress is a must-attend event in the field of aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. Every year, it brings together thousands of professionals from all over the world looking for the latest innovations.

In this competitive environment, Swiss laboratory Teoxane stands out as an expert in hyaluronic acid, a molecule designed to treat wrinkles, firm and moisturize the skin. This know-how is supported by a wide range of dermocosmetics and dermal fillers.

A real success for the brand at this event, considering the uninterrupted flow of visitors to the stand.

The challenge

Propose an itinerary based around four hubs, reception and conviviality areas, taking into account the constraints of a cramped, angled space with a pole.

Our solution

Highly motivated by this bespoke project for two trade shows – IMCAS Paris and AMWC Monaco – we wanted to sublimate the brand by designing an impactful universe.

White, light and transparent materials and furniture,
Movement brought by the digital screens, including a round one at the heart of the stand,

And above all, the brand’s icon – the drop – transposed into a rotating volume on a white base with a luminous enhancement and polarized finish to evoke both the scientific and cosmetic aspects of the product.

That’s how Pantone defines this pretty pastel shade, which subtly combines hints of orange and pink. For designers, 2024 promises to be a year of softness and delicacy.

At FG DESIGN, we associate Peach Fuzz with natural and recycled materials. It adapts easily to any environment, in small touches or more globally.

AD Poids Lourds exhibits at Solutrans Lyon

A 440 m² stand combining vehicle displays with presentation and discussion areas.

Solutrans, the biennial road and urban transport exhibition, is the must-attend gathering for professionals in the trucking industry.

Last November, AD Poids Lourds network, leader in the distribution of parts and services for commercial vehicles, once again took the opportunity to assert the strength of its multi-brand and multi-service independent offer to its many clients and partners.

The challenge

To encourage people to move around and share ideas on a stand covering 350 m² of floor space and 90 m² of mezzanine space, while at the same time hosting an exhibition of vehicles presented by an animator.

Our solution

An open, eco-sustainable stand with a clear, coherent layout, supported by a digital trail, showcasing the brand’s range of equipment and tools, the AD Poids Lourds Garage concept with its Premium Commercial Vehicle Label, and the brand new Truckissimo catalogue.

Career opportunities within the Network and the AD HGV School were also promoted.
