How do you showcase five areas of expertise, host dozens of live demonstrations and create a seamless visitor experience within a single exhibition stand?
That was the challenge Evolucare entrusted to FG Design for SANTEXPO 2026.
As a leading French provider of healthcare IT solutions, Evolucare required a stand capable of presenting the full breadth of its offering while remaining adaptable and reusable across multiple editions of the event.
From 3D… to final realisation
The creative concept?
Drawing on Evolucare’s “e” to create a distinctive architectural signature. Inspired by the curves of the logo, a large suspended structure crowns the stand, creating a visual landmark that is visible from afar throughout the aisles of SANTEXPO. Incorporating digital display screens, it enhances brand visibility while connecting the five areas of expertise: Electronic Patient Records, Critical Care, Social Care, Medical Imaging and Ophthalmology.
The stand was conceived as a visitor journey, allowing attendees to explore Evolucare’s different areas of expertise naturally through demonstration spaces, networking areas, meeting rooms and a content production studio, enabling the company to create and share content throughout the event.
From a design perspective, wood, white and blue tones combine to create an environment that is both technological, welcoming and reassuring, fully aligned with the brand’s identity.
Designed for reuse over a three-year period, the stand reflects a commitment to sustainability and circular design, at the heart of FG Design’s approach to more responsible exhibition experiences.
Results that delivered
- Around 300 visitors per day welcomed to the stand, with highly qualified traffic.
- Five areas of expertise structured to facilitate demonstrations and encourage meaningful interactions.
- Dedicated meeting spaces designed to eliminate waiting times and maximise every business opportunity.
- The quality of discussions was unanimously praised by Evolucare’s teams.
- A concept already being considered for adaptation and reuse at the 2027 edition.
