Long-lasting design, reduced impact: the URW signature
At SIEC 2025, the leading trade show for commercial real estate and retail, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) returns with a 140 m² stand, designed and produced by FG Design. This new edition reaffirms the group’s ambition: to make its environmental commitments visible through event spaces that are understated, high-quality and built to last.
As the European leader in premium shopping destinations, URW develops and manages vibrant places in major cities. Its stand reflects this ambition: to create spaces with high functional value, aligned with the group’s goals of attractiveness, performance and environmental responsibility.

A stand reused, reinterpreted, always coherent
Reception desk, backlit signage, custom-made furniture, wooden and glass partitions… most elements have been carried over from previous editions. More than 50% of the stand has been reused this year, with a refreshed layout that enhances visitor experience, reinforces brand identity and conveys the group’s core values.
From 3D… to final delivery
Spaces designed for welcoming, sharing, projecting
The layout combines open areas with more intimate zones:
- maximum visibility through tall structures and signage
- warm, welcoming spaces with high tables and varied seating
- integrated meeting rooms throughout the stand
- elegant, durable material choices
- subtle touches of greenery
This modular format, based on reusable timber structures, is designed to adapt both to the evolution of the show and to the group’s communication priorities.
Lower logistics footprint and committed partners
Beyond the scenography, the project reflects a responsible approach at every level: local partners, optimised logistics, and carefully sourced materials. FG Design and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield share the same goal: using design as a meaningful lever for environmental commitment.
